Everyday magic in Ellie's kitchen
Soul Window was born from a desire to open home kitchens to shared stories and fragrant Persian recipes. Ellie guides each evening with warmth and patience, focusing on vibrant herbs, saffron rice, and slow-simmered dishes that feel familiar and comforting.
No complex knife drills or stress, just fresh ingredients, honest cooking tips, and an open table where everyone belongs.

A Persian favourite made from the simplest things, grated potato, onion, egg and a handful of warm spices.
But Persian cooking is rarely just about what goes into the pan. It is about the hands that prepare it, the stories that travel through generations, the little things you learn by watching, tasting and making.
Tonight, we’ll make Kookoo Seebzamini
from our own kitchens, at our own pace, with plenty of room for questions, conversation and the occasional onion tear.
And when it comes off the pan?
We taste the story.

There’s something about cooking together that changes the pace of an evening.
You grate the onion. Someone laughs. Someone’s asking whether their mixture looks right. Another person is already tasting.
For an hour, the kitchen becomes a little slower, a little warmer, even when we’re miles apart.
You don’t need to be a Persian cook.
You don’t need to get everything perfect.
Just bring your kitchen, your curiosity, and someone you’d like to share it with in your kitchen.
We’ll take care of the rest — together.
