Our Story
Our founder Elham (Ellie) Moazen started their journey of food after migration to Adelaide, South Australia, on June 2010.
Getting married, migration were two of the huge and life-changing milestones for someone who had been good at baking but had little experience with food. She wasn't into it and felt can't do better than her mums' amazing cooking, just because.
However universe had other stories and routes for her to explore in the new land. She cooked, failed, learnt and continued on her journey to be able to feed her love while Mahdi, himslef was one great cook enjoying to feed her. In this journey, she discovered her baking skills improved significantly too, where the cookies no longer would break windows, actually they started to melt, once in mouth.
